There has been a great deal of hype surrounding the new ITV free bingo show “ITV Bingo Night Live”. Hype more than likely because the show is late at night, it is free and there is the chance, although a very slim chance that you might just win the big ₤25 000 jackpot prize. The reason why I say this is a slim chance is purely because the full house has to be called in just thirty-three numbers and the chances of doing that are extremely thin.
Anyway the show has achieved respectable viewing and participation, despite the late hour at which it is aired and the Great British public seems to be clamouring over themselves to register on the website and play. This is not the only Television bingo show and there is also another one aired on Sky TV, however this is not as easy to access as this is a satellite channel and ITV is a national broadcaster.
There is another link in the ITV Bingo Night Live saga, it is linked to the ITV online bingo site that was developed together with Party gaming Plc and the show must certainly be building a huge database of potential members for the ITV bingo site. It just so happens that at the Online Bingo Summit held recently it was said that the future is in Televised bingo that is linked to websites, so I am sure we will be seeing a few more of these come to light.
