The bingo show is recorded in Granada TV’s Starlight Theater for ITV and the main studio piece is a wall of numbers. This is a spectacular set piece that consists of ninety numbers with a façade of frosted Perspex, with each number back lighted. The lighting is then triggered by a central computer that controls the actual bingo game.

I can only say that HSL have done an incredibly good job, the lighting and production on set is very good. It gives a feel of a realistic, yet futuristic bingo hall and its dynamism is what actually makes the show so exciting. ITV’s Bingo Night Live is aired, Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12 midnight for an hour. There is a close link between the ITV online bingo site and the show and as the game is free it is proving to be extremely popular. Bingo night live has already given away a huge amount of prize money and there have been more than 2 000 winners.
