Live TV Bingo will commence operations from the 1st November on the dedicated Sky channel 867 and on Nuts TV in the time slot 2 – 5pm daily. This programme will interact through the online bingo site Bingos.com which was taken over by NetPlay earlier this year. Nuts TV reaches an audience of more than 23 million in the UK at present, and is felt to be the perfect audience for these interactive gaming shows. Airing on Freeview will definitely broaden their customer base, and during the peak weekend periods will give a huge boost to their business.

Netplay already has a Live roulette show airing week nights and weekends and this will continue. Marrying an online bingo site to a television show is definitely the way forward for online bingo sites. It is running very successfully for ITV online bingo, with their Bingo Night Live show, aired from midnight on most nights of the week. They have been so successful that they even attempted an online bingo Guinness World Record last week. I haven’t found out what the outcome of that was yet, but I am sure it will be all over the press very soon.
